The Fowl Play Pub

The Fowl Play Pub is a great place to meet your friends for drinks and a quick meal in a relaxed, comfortable setting.  You can enjoy the best in beer, wine and mixed beverages.  Be sure to ask about our Diamondback Venom.  The lighter fare includes anything from wings, chips, and burgers to shrimp.

Eight ounce Angus burger grilled to perfection served on a Kaiser roll with crinkle cut fries. Add cheese for additional charge.

Diamondback Burger

Our eight ounce Angus burger topped with crispy bacon, crunchy fried onions, and bleu cheese crumbles served on a Kaiser roll with crinkle cut fries

Blackened Prime Rib Sandwich

Prime rib sliced thick and pan blackened in Louisiana spices served with our own spicy Cajun horseradish cream on a hoagie roll alongside crinkle cut fries

Taco Platter

three flour tortilla taco, served with pico de gallo, salsa, and sour cream. Your choice of steak or blackened shrimp.

Creole Chicken

Pan-blackened hormone and antibiotic free chicken breast, topped with a creamy creole sauce. Served with a loaded baked potato and seasonal vegetables

Tavern Style Beef Short Rib

Boneless beef short rib, slow braised and fork tender with mushrooms, pearl onions, demi glace, and red skinned mashed potatoes

Veggie Stack

Grilled portobello mushroom and fresh seasonal vegetables, stacked and drizzled with an orange-balsamic vinaigrette

Duck Leg Confit

slow poached duck leg served with blackberry and Chambord glaze, served with a loaded baked potato and seasonal vegetables. 8 oz. leg or 2- 8 oz. legs

Steak Frites

all of our steaks are hand cut in house, topped with garlic blue cheese compound butter served on a bed of crisp shoestring potatoes. Your choice of Filet Mignon (10 oz.), New York Strip (13 oz.), or Prime Rib au jus (12 oz.).
