Inn Policies
Complimentary Services:
For registered guests, all rates include use of swimming pool (in season), tennis courts, and shuffle-board.
Check-In time:
After 3 P.M. daily as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
PETS ARE PERMITTED ONLY IN A-FRAME COTTAGES—a $20 per day pet fee will be charged.
Reservations, Guarantees, Deposits and Refunds:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to your first night's charges for all rooms reserved. The deposit is charged to your credit card on the day you make your reservation. We have a 10 day cancellation policy with a $20 cancellation fee per room. This means that if you give us 10 days notice we will give you a refund minus $20 for each room cancelled. If you give us less than 10 days notice we will keep your entire deposit. Your deposit guarantees your arrival and it is applied to the last night of the reservation. If you reserve a room for 3 days but only stay 2, we consider this a cancellation of reserved nights and you will forfeit your deposit.
Early departures are considered cancellations of reserved days and are subject to the appropriate nightly charges.
All rates are per day and quoted exclusive of taxes. Published rates are subject to availability and change.
WITHIN 10 DAYS THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
We do accept a AAA discount of $10.00 except on holiday weekends and in the month of October.
